Outdoor Living Solutions has a basic five-step program that will give your lawn the look that it deserves. We provide high quality fertility and pest control programs for both residential and commercial properties. We also offer additional lawn and seeding services to fit your specific needs.

Our Five Step Lawn Care Program is the perfect way to keep your lawn looking beautiful year after year. We only use the best products for your lawn. Our pricing is simply based on the square footage of your lawn. Our program is guaranteed to green up your lawn and get rid of your weeds. If any weeds re-appear after a treatment, we will re-treat the lawn free of charge until the weeds are gone. We do ask though, that as soon as you see any weeds re-appear that you call us right away.

Step 1: Spring application
This application is a slow release fertilizer plus pre-emergent designed for early lawn recovery while establishing a barrier to prevent grassy weeds such as crabgrass and foxtail.

Step 2:Broadleaf
This application is for broadleaf weed control. Designed to knock back winter weeds and begin the management of broadleaf weeds such as dandelion and clover.


Step 3: Summer Application
The second of two fertilizer and pre-emergent applications designed to extend grassy weed control while providing nutrients to help keep your
lawn green and healthy. Additional broadleaf weed control with visit.

Step 4: Grub destroyer
Slow release fertilizer for continued green color and health of your lawn through the long summer. Additional broadleaf control with visit.

Step 5: Late Summer
Slow release fertilizer for continued green color and health of your lawn through the long summer. Additional broadleaf control with visit.

Step 6: Fall Application
This application is designed to help your lawn recover and rebuild from the stress of the harsh summer and it will also promote new growth.
Along with this fall application, it is a good time to consider aerating and overseeding your lawn

Step 7: Winterizer
This application is a high nitrogen fertilizer that will establish solid root growth and helps to ensure and early spring recovery. It aids in control
of weeds in the spring by delivering essential nutrients that strengthen the turf resulting in a dense grass the following year.
